Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time, year-round position

  • 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday during business hours

  • Primarily in-office (not a remote role)

  • Occasional evening and weekend work required

  • $18.76/hour

Community Gardens Coordinator

We’re seeking a Community Gardens Coordinator to join our team in stewarding and operating our community garden sites from February through mid-November. In this dynamic role, you'll split your time between hands-on outdoor work — maintaining beautiful, functional garden spaces — and connecting with the 400+ community members we serve through education, events, and communications. The ideal candidate brings experience in organic or sustainable growing, a passion for building community, and strong interpersonal skills to foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for gardeners of all backgrounds. This is a full-time seasonal position — a great opportunity for someone who loves both growing food and growing community.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time seasonal position (February–mid-November)

  • Up to 40 hours/week, with seasonal fluctuations (20–40 hours/week)

  • Some evening and weekend work required

  • $18.76/hour
