Our brand-new and sustainably-built venue is ready to rent and ideal for everything from team meetings, to community presentations, to holiday parties and more! The River Road Barn features tall ceilings and floor-length windows that open to views of the River Road Farm and native plant courtyard.

The space is available to rent 8AM - 10PM, and there is a maximum occupancy of 61 people. Please note that this space is not available for weddings.
Kitchen use: We will have our commercial kitchen up and running by Summer of 2019. Until then, you will only have access to the sinks, prep station, hot water appliances, and cleaning supplies. If you need space in the fridge or freezer, please mention this when asking about reserving the space.
Information we will need: When contacting the main office about reserving the space, we will need to know the name of the individual, business, or organization looking to rent, event date, event time (including set-up and post-event clean), event type, valid address for invoicing, estimated attendance, and whether you plan to hire a catering company to serve alcohol at the event.

Time for event set-up is included in the total invoiced amount, and a $100 refundable incidentals deposit is required prior to renting.
