Orchard Gardens Farm Assistant
Summary:
Love working outdoors and being part of a tight-knit community? Orchard Gardens is a one-acre neighborhood farm, nestled beside an affordable housing community—and we’re looking for a Farm Assistant to help keep it growing.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be part of the daily rhythm of the farm: planting and harvesting crops, irrigating and weeding beds, tending the greenhouse, and caring for our orchard. You’ll work alongside a small, passionate farm team to bring fresh, local food to the community through our mobile market, on-site farm stand, and CSA distribution.
If you enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and seeing the direct impact of your efforts—from seed to harvest to table—this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
