Community Gardens Coordinator

We’re seeking a Community Gardens Coordinator to join our team in stewarding and operating our community garden sites from February through mid-November. In this dynamic role, you'll split your time between hands-on outdoor work — maintaining beautiful, functional garden spaces — and connecting with the 400+ community members we serve through education, events, and communications. The ideal candidate brings experience in organic or sustainable growing, a passion for building community, and strong interpersonal skills to foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for gardeners of all backgrounds. This is a full-time seasonal position — a great opportunity for someone who loves both growing food and growing community.

Details:

$18.76 per hour; medical and dental insurance provided with base plan premium paid in full by employer (effective after 2 calendar months); 1 week vacation/sick equivalent per year; 3 paid holidays per year; equivalent of one small share of vegetables in season; phone stipend.
